Current-Fed Soft-Switching Inverter with PDM-PWM Control Scheme for Ozone Generation Tube Drive

Abstract

In this paper, a current-source parallel inductor-compensated load-resonant high-frequency soft switching inverter with a single switched capacitor resonant snubber in DC side for driving the silent discharge ozone generating tube is presented, together with its unique output power regulation characteristics in transient state and steady-state.
