High-Frequency Equivalent Circuit of Inverter-Induction Motor System Considering Parasitic Capacitance of Switching Devices

Abstract

This paper deals with the high-frequency equivalent circuits of an induction motor and a PWM inverter considering the parasitic capacitance of switching devices. A method to measure the parasitic capacitance is also proposed. The validity of the derived equivalent circuit is confirmed by simulation and experimental results.
