The Power and Energy Society Annual Conference was held at Aichi Institute of Technology on September 4-6, 2023. Total number of papers was 303, and sessions were 43. An invited lecture, a panel discussion and two special lectures were also organized during the conference period. The number of participants reached 936. The conference was successfully completed with great contribution from all the participants. This report summarizes the conference.
