Abstract
A nW-power-level automatic switch with two LED photovoltaic cells has been developed. The switch that has a sleep/wake-up circuit with LEDs automatically turns on when one of LEDs is shaded by hand in bright place. A nW-power-level automatic sleep circuit composed of a tactile switch and RC delay element has also been developed to perform switching operation in dark place. The tactile switch wakes up at one click motion and then the RC delay element that includes a zener diode automaticaly turns off after a constant time. We applied the automatic switch to a wireless mouse to verify the effectiveness of our circuit.
