Abstract

In this study, the relationship between the position of the cantilever as a sensing element and the sensitivity of the tactile sensor was analyzed to find the sensitivity dependence for perpendicular and shear forces. The fabricated tactile sensor based on the analysis shows the sensitivity as analyzed and it is expected that highly accurate multi-axial force detection will be possible.
