About 300 libraries in the United States, Northern Europe, and Japan were investigated from a user's viewpoint, And I consider when I visit libraries, on the basis of seeing by my eyes and feelings from experience.
Users usually require data or documents immediately and appreciate a comfortable place. Thus medical science libraries should provide speedy service and a comfortable environment.
Many changes must occur in medical libraries in Japan; libraries in the United States of America and Northern Europe may be able to provide numerous ideas as to how to improve medical science libraries in Japan.
