Abstract
The diseases of mulberry (Morus alba L.) described in this handbook are only diseases caused by living organisms such as fungi, bacteria, viruses, mycoplasma and nematodes. Other diseases such as nutrient deficiency are not included. All the diseases mentioned above have been reported in Thailand. Seven serious diseases are complex root rot, dwarf mosaic caused by mycoplasma, mosaic caused by viruses, powdery mildew, rust, Botryodiplodia rot and bacterial blight. Details of symptoms, pathogen and control methods are described separately in each disease section.
