In recent years, along with low power consumption of semiconductor devices, the technology to convert renewable energy into electrical energy has been focused on. This power supply can power electronic devices semi-permanently. This study produces the vibration generators using the piezoelectric elements. And from the condition of the sensor network communication, we evaluate whether the device can communicate.
