Various internal diseases were treated with placental preparations, that include placental extract in 8 cases and Kyo-Thmenin in 2 cases. The total subjects of 10 cases were as follows: 1 case of cirrhosis of liver, 2 cases of hypertension 2 cases of postapoplectic cerebral hemiplegia, 1 case of keratitic phlyctenulae, 1 case of chronic rheumatic polyarthritis, 1 case of gastric cancer with chronic hepatitis and peritonitis ; and 1 case of gastric cancer with liver cancer.
The placental extract was administered in 8 cases, and Kyo-Thmenin in 2 cases. In all cases desired results were obtained. In 2 cases of cancer, the placental preparations showed remarkably specific effects upon the organs.
