In the observation of the chest-x-ray photography it is necessary to differentiate the infiltration's shadow from another's. The authors have reported some interesting cases of abnormal ribb's shadow which need to be differenciated from the infiltration's shadow in the lung. We could diagnose easily by taking photo in slightly oblique position.
