Abstract
Case 1. 7-years-old boy came to the hospital requesting the removal of cyst. The cyst are removed, measured 0.3cm. The pathological report revealed a thin wall lined by a stratified columnar epithelial cyst.
Cast 2. 7-years-old boy was first examined in June 1968, and the cyst measured 1.5 by 1.0 by 0.7cm. Microscopic xamination revealed a thin wall lined by a stratified squamou scell with keratohyaline substance. Pathological diagnosis was epidermoid cyst.
