To simplify the method of the drug resistant test of secondary antituberculous agents, we studied for the ogawa vertical diffusion method, by which we tested the resistant of EB, KM and CPM.
The vertical diffusion method related with dilution method. No difference could not be found between plane and slanting method in EB resistant test.
The suppressive zone was recognized in 2-4cm. after using for 6 month period (total amount 180g).
The cross resistant between CPM, KM and VM was not always showed the relation each other.
In negative conversion cases, it was observed at 2 months after the initiation of treatment, and in repositive conversion cases was observed at 1-4 months after negative conversion.
