Abstract
Three cases of SLE were reported.
Case 1. was 13-years-old girl and satisfied certain diagnostic criteria. She had convulsions and optic agnosia during course, but these symptoms were all vanished.
Case 2. was 10-years-old girl and also satisfied its criteria. She had convulsions and lupus nephritis. Her mother showed low plasma β1A level.
Case 3. was 10-years-old girl and diagnosed by high plasma level of anti DNA factor. This case was lupus sine lupo.
Leucocytosis with counts over 10, 000 per cu. mm, sometimes over 20, 000 were recorded in Case 2 and Case 3. Case 1 and Case 3 had been treated with prednisolone and Case 2 had been treated with prednisolone and aaathioprine. All of them have been doing fairly well at present.
