抄録
Due to the continued birth rate decline since 1949, our society is entering the age of the decreased young and increased old generation. This trend will become even more stronger in the 21 st century, and no doubt will effect the nation's economy, social welfare and culture.
Taking this future into consideration, we would like to discuss the following topics: the wellbeings of children's development, children's health insurance, education of children with disease, the psychological welfare of children and adolescents and 21 st century pediatrics.
