The purpose of this study is to make a dialect guide book to utilize in the Nanbu region of Aomori. We analyzed the local dialect in Japanese by questionnaire to younger generations living in the Nanbu region of Aomori. In addition, we investigated whether the local dialect is listed in the dictionary of the dialects. We propose a dialect guide book for younger generations and educators living in the Nanbu region of Aomori. This dialect guide book introduces the actual situation of the use of the younger generation's dialects and the vocabulary of the dialect dictionaries to the younger generation living in the Nanbu region in Aomori.
