In this research, we construct Hurst Exponent(HE) model for classification of heartbeat, and making a diagnosis for active treatment of Chinese medical, the basic data of acupuncture treatment is supported by opinions of gross examination, pathological diagnosis, and immunotherapy from obtaining biological signals. We measure the heartbeat through the MCG, 14 healthy and 34 abnormal subjects, heart-deficiency syndrome, ostensibly. As our experiment, the mean values are changed 0.848, 0.755, 0.805, before, during and after acupuncture treatment in case of abnormal subjects, on the other hand, 0.808, 0.798, 0.767 in normal respectively. And then, we prove that HE index variability by acupuncture treatment is different normal controls and abnormal each other, also the acupuncture effect through the paired sample test of healthy and heart-deficiency syndrome subjects.
