Abstract
Children with severe cerebral paralysis were trained in coordinating their motions, in balancing themselves, or in making rapid motions by utilizing the reactions from a ball called "the facilitation ball" which can be deformed flexibly. Through this training, the paralyzed children developed their abilities of their own accords. They attained remarkable achievements in calligraphic writing with an ink brush[0] which gave them great confidence and hope.
