We have developed a CS digital tuner for PerfecTV!. Digital broadcasting has some characteristics. One of them is EPG (Electronic Program Guide) that offers a convenient user interface for selecting a favorite program. We studied the format of broadcast EPG data and developed an algorithm of its filtering.
