When we looked at a picture, we would get some impressions from it. Usually, we do not perceive everything in a picture, because each picture could have particular regions which authors want to express their mental image to the audience. Those regions could be attractive for the audience, and, we would get impressions about the picture from them. So, we have been studying an attractive region extraction method. The method has an evaluation function for attention. This paper presents an improvement of the evaluation function.
