This paper describes a method of objective picture quality evaluation using gaze points information. We present the gaze points dispersion model. Under this model, we estimate gaze points dispersion by a frame activity and exploit it to weight noise. Simulation result shows that an accuracy of picture quality evaluation is improved compared with a conventional SNR or WSNR method.
