抄録

It is very important to optimize the coding parameter by using the picture quality estimation. We developed the objective picture quality scale (PQSlocal) for local distortion, which is based on the conventional PQS. This PQSlocal consists of the evaluation of the distortion factors and texture features and its non-linear combination model. This PQSlocal is well similar to the results of the visual estimation.
