Desing concept and the architecture of a 42-in. diagonal PDP system for HDTV receiver are described. Many new technologies eliminating the impairments of moving picture are introduced. Other picture qualities concerning resolution, gray-scale reproduction and color aliasing obtained with the experimental set-up are discussed.
