Motion blur is observed when motion pictures are displayed on a TFT-LCD. However, it is not clear how mechanism of viewing arises such picture quality impairment. As a step to clear the mechanism, we investigated the observed frequency amplitude response on various moving velocities. As a result, the minimum points of the obserbed response almost corresponded with estimated values.
