抄録
This paper describes an algorithm of segmentation for voxel images. The proposed algorithm selects multiple thresholds to detect region elements based on evaluation of the coincidence of the pixels between on edge and on the contour. Then the region elements are merged into regions based on the evaluation of feature representing the relationships between neighboring elements. The prototype system to evaluate effectiveness of own method is also described.
