24-4 電子顕微鏡写真における微細構造領域の画像解析に関する研究

抄録

This paper describes an algorithm for analyzing the polycrystal fine structure obtain from Electron Microscopy. This method consists of two steps of segmentation evaluating the feature based on gray scale and shape of regions. The experimental result shows the proper method is effecting for analyzing the polycrystal structure.
