In this paper, we deal with a method for detecting and restoring missing data in moving image sequence. The method is composed of the global motion segmentation and the fuzzy inference. Through computer simulations, we demonstrate the usefullness and the potentiality of the prestented restoration method, and we discuss the universality of, the parameter setting for the presented restoration method.
