Natural and gentle reproduction of human gestures are required for CG animation films, medical analysis of human actions and so on. However, a human body is composed of several mutually dependent dynamic components. Then it is very difficult to reproduce the human actions faithfully. This paper describes a motion generation method for CG characters based on a simplified dynamic model.
