23-2 昆虫の顕微鏡画像からの全焦点画像再構成と3次元画像の生成

抄録

In this paper, we discuss a method which generate an all-focused image from a large number of microscopic images of insects. The method extracts in-forcus-region by directly comparing image sequence. We generate all-focused image using the result of the extraction. We also generate 3D models using the result.
