Standard TV and Video sequences are formed in the field - interlaced format. To reconstruct non-interlaced pictures suitable for the computer's display from those video sequences, we should interpolate them, thus to improve their resolutions. this paper presents a blended - interpolation - method which are constructed by blending the existing different types of interpolation methods.
