25-3 イオン衝撃によるac-PDP保護層材料(MgAl_2O_4)の二次電子放出特性

Ion-induced secondary electron emission characteristics MgAl_2O_4 were measured in order to evaluate the capability to be used for the protecting material of ac-PDPs. It is revealed that the measured results for the samples of MgAl_2O_4 fabricated by changing the composition of MgAl_2O_4 indicate the dependence of the composition of MgAl_2O_4 on the γ_i characteristics.
