25-8 Preliminary study on integration of organic thin-film electroluminescent devices

Abstract

Organic EL devices were fabricated on p- Si substrate for the purpose of integrating organic thin-film EL devices on MOSFET. It was found that a buffer layer is necessary to improve the sticking properties of the organic layer to the Si substrate.
