This paper describes our development of TS(Transport Stream) monitoring system for terrestrial digital broadcasting. We integrate a variety of functions for check the conformity of broadcasting signal. This system has a user-friendly GUI for master control operation, and fully applied to Japanese terrestrial broadcasting standard(ARIB standard and operational guidelines).
