We built apractical imagedatabase by MPEG7. We select TV commercial as an imagematerial. Make a scene selection, performed Annotation for every scene. We also built fundamental search engine. In Annotation, the suitable expressing method. such as restricting the layer edstructure of the objected escription, was examined.
