Abstract
It has been known that a good broad band antenna could be obtained by adding parasitic element at a small distance from and parallel to a monopole antenna. In this paper, a broad band twin delta loop antenna with a closely spaced parasitic element is presented. The effect of closely spaced parasitic element on twin delta loop antenna is discussed with respect to properties of input impedance. As a result, it is found that the twin delta loop antenna with closely spaced similar parasitic element have one octave band width.
