7-6 CMOS Image Sensor with Pixel-independent Reset Control Function

Abstract

Wide-dynamic-range and linear imaging can be done by controlling the timing of PD reset signal for each pixel. We have designed and implemented a CMOS image sensor with reset control function based on pixel parallel architecture. We show the results of the evaluation of the prototype.
