Advocation of IRM (Information Resource Management) Maturity Model

Abstract

The essence of DOA (Data Oriented Approach) lies in realizing information resource management for enterprises. The authors have planned and carried out a number of projects to realize the IRM based on the DOA. However it was found out through the consultations and by questionnaires that there was a level of goal to IRM realization according to enterprises. This paper proposes an Information Resource Management Maturity Model (IRMMM) based on the real experiences.
