We fabricated an organic TFT (GIFT)-driven color LCD panel on a flexible plastic film. The OTFT with bottom contact structure showed the carrier mobility of 0.3cm^2/Vs, the ON/OFF ratio of 10^7 and low threshold voltage of 2.7V We successively confirmed color display operation with field-sequential color method at a frame rate of 60Hz and low-driving voltage of 14Vpp.
