Abstract
In addition to the sampled motion in TV, many visual phenomena in psychology, such as motion-induced color, are analyzed by spatio-temporal signal processing for human eyes using communications theory (e.g., modulation and filtering), independently of the function of the human brain. In this paper, these are examined by existing experimental data.
