10-2 A Discussion on Business Models for Technology Partnering with Venture Startups

Abstract

We discuss on fab-less and license models for venture startups of cutting-edge technologies with analysis on needs for partnering and its environment, and propose license model to provide a flexibility to combine technologies of licenser's and licensee's as a successful role model of technology partnering in Japan.
