抄録

This paper presents a noise reduction effect in readout circuitry of image sensors with sloped reset operation. A solped contral signal is applied to the reset switch of the amplifier for reducing the reset noise of the amplifier. The sloped reset limits bandwidth of readout circuit and reduces thermal noise from pixel when readout circuitry sampled reset level.
