When traditional signal-processing algorithm of photon-counting X-ray sensor was used in high count rate, energy resolution was decreased because of the pile-up phenomenon. We researched signal-processing algorithm using the output waveform from the CdTe detector. As a result, decreasing energy resolution in the pile up was improved.
