We have proposed the CdTe X-ray imaging sensor in a one-pixel which is driven by electron beam from field emitter arrays (FEA). In this paper, we have constructed the X-ray image sensor which consists of a Schottky CdTe diode and a 12 x 12 matrix FEA.
