9-5 Ku帯衛星通信向け屋外用小型SSPAの開発及び衛星実通試験(第9部門 無線・光伝送1)

抄録

In the field of SNG(Satellite News Gathering), portability and reliability are required for HPA(High Power Amplifier) as its urgent operation. NHK, along with Toshiba developed a world smallest 80W class(operation power) outdoor SSPA(Solid State Power Amplifier) for Ku-band, using GaN(Gallium Nitride) devices. Transmission test verified the validity of its performance over practical communication satellite.
