4-1 A CMOS time-of-flight range image sensor using draining only modulation structure

Abstract

This paper presents a CMOS time-of-flight range image sensor using charge draining only modulation. This structure allows us to achieve high-speed charge transfer and reduce the noise that is caused by a transfer gate.
