We previously proposed a method of reconstructing Light-Field from multi-focus images by dimension reduction and a 2-D filtering. It enables us to achieve conversion between 4-D Light-Field and 3-D multi-focus imaging sequences without significant degradation. In this paper, based on the method, Light-Field compression via synthesized multi-focus images is discussed.
