An 8-inch flexible AMOLED display driven by oxide-TFTs was successfully fabricated. Solution-processed organic materials were used as the gate insulator and the passivation layer of the backplane. Phosphorescent polymers were also used as the OLEDs. The fabricated flexible display showed clear color moving images.
