抄録

Though we have been developing micro-band LN optical modulators, degradation of sensitivity produced at 7GHz greatly. Since this phenomenon is caused by resonance of LN crystal substrate, we discussed how to enhance sensitivity, and showed smaller size of LN crystal substrate is very effective.
