11-1 Effect of Depth Stabilization on Compression Performance of SECOND-MVD

SECOND-MVD (Synthesis Error COmpeNsateD Multiview Video plus Depth) is an alternative 3D format, where images at some viewpoints remain original, and the others are converted to a novel format. Depth stabilization improves time domain depth consistency in MVD format. We survey effect of depth stabilization on performance of SECOND-MVD.
