抄録

We have focused on new magnetic memories without mechanical moving parts, utilizing the current-driven magnetic domain wall motion, in order to achieve ultra high data transfer rate. We have fabricated [Co/Pd] magnetic nanowires and clarified the threshold current density to drive multiple magnetic domains by application of narrow one-pulse current.
