抄録

In this paper, we propose an efficient video coding using block adaptive inter-component prediction for screen contents. The proposed prediction uses one of coded color components modified by prediction parameters as prediction signals. Simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme achieves up to 8% coding gain for screen contents.
